Negative oxygen-ion masterbatch

1. Introduction

The main ingredient of negative oxygen-ion masterbatch is inorganic compound orebody powder, under a certain humid condition ,it can release negative oxygen-ion to make the air clean and absorp the abnormal air.

This product can be used for carpet, bedding. Its color is a little reddish-gray.

2. Dosage and instruction for use.

Dry the masterbatch for more than 8 hours under the condition of below 120 centidegreebefore use (long drying time is good for spinning), spin the yarn by masterbatch injector or by mixing masterbatch with chips evenly.

When add 7.0~8.0% masterbatch, negative oxygen-ion comes to 1000/ cm3.
